目的:了解基层中医医院医患友好度示范基地门诊就诊患者的就诊满意度状况,探讨中医医院患者的满意度及各就诊环节的具体情况。方法:随机抽取2016年3月至9月内到桐庐县中医院门诊就诊280例患者为研究对象,采用医院自制的调查问卷进行调查。结果:患者对医院服务的总体满意度得分为89.47分,服务态度及工作责任心得分较高,等候时间及便捷程度得分低。结论:该院患者总体满意度处于较高的水平。医护间与患者的服务及沟通良好,但挂号及发药等候方面仍是患者不满意的主要因素。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the satisfaction of patients visiting doctor-patient-friendliness demonstration bases in primary TCM hospitals and to find out the satisfaction of patients in TCM hospitals and the specific conditions of each visit. Methods: Two hundred and eighty patients from Tonglu Hospital of TCM were selected randomly from March to September in 2016. The questionnaires were used to investigate the patients. Results: The overall satisfaction score of patients with hospital services was 89.47 points, the scores of service attitude and work responsibility were higher, and the waiting time and convenience scores were lower. Conclusion: The overall satisfaction of patients in this hospital is at a high level. Health care and patient service and communication is good, but the waiting time for registration and delivery is still not satisfied with the main factors in patients.
