目的和方法:用生理盐水灌洗大鼠的腹腔和肺泡,收集腹腔与肺泡巨噬细胞,37℃培养2h后测定脂质过氧化物的含量和酸性磷酸酶的活力。结果:腹腔和肺泡巨噬细胞内脂质过氧化物的水平与酸性磷酸酶的活力均可被环磷酰胺和细脚拟青霉所调节,其中环磷酰胺使脂质过氧化物水平升高,酸性磷酸酶活力降低,细脚拟青霉则反之,使脂质过氧化物水平下降,酸性磷酸酶活力升高。结论:巨噬细胞内脂质过氧化物水平与酸性磷酸酶活力呈负相关,且可被免疫抑制剂和免疫激活剂所调节。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The peritoneal cavity and alveoli of rats were perfused with saline and the peritoneal and alveolar macrophages were collected. The content of lipid peroxidation and the activity of acid phosphatase were measured after cultured at 37 ℃ for 2 hours. Results: The level of lipid peroxidation and the activity of acid phosphatase in peritoneal and alveolar macrophages were all regulated by cyclophosphamide and Paecilomyces tenupera, and the levels of lipid peroxides were increased by cyclophosphamide , Acid phosphatase activity decreased, the fine foot Paecilomyces, on the contrary, the lipid peroxides levels, acid phosphatase activity increased. CONCLUSION: Lipid peroxides levels in macrophages are negatively correlated with acid phosphatase activity and may be regulated by immunosuppressants and immunostimulants.
