1 前言DF4c型内燃机车使用的是ZQDR-410C型牵引电动机。随着列车提速和重载牵引,牵引电动机的落修率有所所上升。我段DF4c型机车共45台,1999年牵引电动机落修率已达1.5件/10万km,较1998年提高30%。严重影响机车的正常运用,影响了运输秩序。因此,我们对其进行了分析研究。2 故障原因2.1故障统计我段1999年4~11月份的牵引电动机落修情况
