研究分析了高压异常地层(盐岩层、泥页岩层、膏盐岩层等)套管柱的受力状况,建立了套管柱三维空间力学模型,研制了相应的计算机软件。该空间力学模型考虑了地层因素、井身结构因素、腐蚀因素等,其计算结果与套管抗挤毁的模拟试验结果非常吻合。所研制的计算机软件功能完善,并且有完善的前后处理功能。
The stress conditions of casing strings in high pressure anomaly formations (salt rock, shale, gypsum rock and so on) are studied and analyzed. The three-dimensional mechanical model of casing string is established and the corresponding computer software is developed. The space mechanics model takes into account formation factors, wellbore structure factors, corrosion factors and so on. The calculated results are in good agreement with the simulation results of casing collapse resistance. The computer software developed by the well-functioning, and have a sound pre-and-post processing functions.
