目的调查凯里市首例人感染猪链球菌病的感染危险因素、流行病学特征,供防控参考。方法用描述性流行病学方法分析病例个案及病原学检测资料。结果病例临床表现及实验室检测结果符合实验室诊断病例标准。病人长期从事猪肉分割销售,无个人防护措施,手部有破损,其周围人群未发现猪链球菌病病例。结论首例人感染猪链球菌病病例感染来源是猪,做好生猪检疫、禁止宰杀食用病死猪肉和搞好个人防护是防控人感染猪链球菌的有效措施。
Objective To investigate the risk factors and epidemiological characteristics of the first human infection of swine streptococcosis in Carey City for prevention and control reference. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze cases and pathogen detection data. Results The clinical manifestations and laboratory test results were in line with laboratory diagnostic criteria. Patient has long been engaged in the division of pork sales, no personal protective measures, hand damage, no swine streptococcal disease found in the surrounding crowd. Conclusion The first case of human infection with swine streptococcal disease is pigs. The quarantine of pigs is a good way to prevent and control human infection of Streptococcus suis. It is prohibited to slaughter slaughtered pigs and improve personal protection.
