[目的]优化蒙古口蘑多糖的提取条件,探讨蒙古口蘑多糖对人宫颈癌细胞、肝癌细胞的增殖抑制作用。[方法]采用正交实验对蒙古口蘑多糖的提取条件进行优化,采用MTT比色法测定及免疫荧光技术对蒙古口蘑多糖体外抗肿瘤活性进行研究。[结果]本实验成功提取了蒙古口蘑多糖,实验结果显示蒙古口蘑多糖对人宫颈癌细胞、肝癌细胞均具有一定的抑制作用。[结论]本实验为真菌多糖的提取及抗肿瘤活性研究奠定了基础。
[Objective] The study aimed to optimize the extraction conditions of Mongolian mushroom polysaccharides and explore the inhibitory effect of Mongolian mushroom polysaccharides on the proliferation of human cervical cancer cells and hepatoma cells. [Method] The extraction conditions of Mongolian mushroom polysaccharides were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The antitumor activity of Mongolian tricholoma polysaccharide in vitro was studied by MTT colorimetric assay and immunofluorescence technique. [Result] Mongolian mushroom polysaccharides were successfully extracted in this experiment. The experimental results showed that Mongolian mushroom polysaccharides had certain inhibitory effect on human cervical cancer cells and hepatoma cells. [Conclusion] This experiment lays the foundation for the extraction of fungal polysaccharides and the study of antitumor activity.
