本文介绍所研制的微机控制的激光角分辨散射自动测量系统,讨论了该测量系统的动态范围、校准、线性度和重复性.同时给出了多波长照射下,聚四氯乙烯(F4)粉末压制的漫反射标准板的角分辨散射分布特性和偏振特性的实验结果.
This paper introduces the computer-controlled automatic laser angle-resolved scattering measurement system, discusses the dynamic range, calibration, linearity and repeatability of the measurement system. At the same time, the experimental results of the angular dispersive scattering distribution and the polarization characteristics of the diffusely reflective standard plate pressed with polytetrafluoroethylene (F4) powder under multiwavelength irradiation are given.
