摘要目的回顾性研究肺癌CT筛查中快速生长结节的最佳体积倍增时间(volume-doubling time,VDT)分界点是否可以降低假阳性。方法 NELSON研究的筛查受试者接受低剂量CT扫描。对于不能定性的结节(体积50~500 mm3),3个月后行CT随访。筛查阴性者在1年后进行第二轮常规检查。基线情况下或第二轮常规筛查中发现快速生长(VDT<400 d)实性结节而就诊的病人被纳入本项研究。诊断参考组织学检
Abstract Objective To retrospectively study whether the best volume-doubling time (VDT) cut-off point of rapidly growing nodules in CT screening of lung cancer can reduce false positives. Methods NELSON study screening subjects underwent low-dose CT scans. Unconscious nodules (volume 50 ~ 500 mm3), 3 months after the follow-up CT. Negative screening in the second round of routine examination after 1 year.
