目的　分析肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的CT特征及鉴别诊断要点。方法　收集自 1990～ 2 0 0 2年间经手术及病理证实的 9例肾上腺骨髓脂肪瘤的CT及临床、病理资料。结果　 9例骨髓脂肪瘤术前有 8例明确定位、定性诊断 ,1例误诊为腺瘤。肿块以右侧多见 ( 7例 )。CT表现为边界光滑的包块 ,瘤内大多数为脂肪密度 ,夹杂以少量条、片状软组织密度影。结论　CT是明确诊断的首选方法 ,可清楚显示肿瘤的位置、瘤内成分及肿瘤与周围脏器的关系。 Objective To analyze the CT features of adrenal myeloma and its differential diagnosis. Methods Nine cases of adrenal myeloma confirmed by surgery and pathology from 1990 to 2002 were collected. The CT and clinical and pathological data were collected. Results Nine cases of myeloma were preoperatively diagnosed in 8 cases and diagnosed qualitatively. One case was misdiagnosed as adenoma. Mass was more common on the right side (7 cases). CT showed a smooth mass of the border, most of the tumor fat density, mixed with a small amount of lamellar soft tissue density. Conclusion CT is the first choice to confirm the diagnosis, which can clearly show the location of the tumor, the composition of the tumor and the relationship between the tumor and the surrounding organs.
