目的:观察铁包金按摩膏对腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)大鼠突出的椎间盘节段脊背神经根中磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的调节作用。方法:健康SD大鼠48只,采用随机数法将大鼠分为空白组、铁包金组、狗皮膏组和模型组,每组12只。采用注射法建立非压迫型腰椎间盘髓核突出大鼠模型,造模成功后分别对各组进行相应处理:空白组模拟手术后正常饲养;铁包金组予铁包金按摩膏局部治疗;狗皮膏组采用狗皮膏外贴治疗;模型组给予凡士林局部对比治疗;分别测量治疗1周、2周、3周后各组LDH大鼠相应椎间盘节段脊背神经根中PLA2的活性并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:给药1周、2周、3周,各组PLA2活性均高于空白组(P<0.05)。给药2周,铁包金组、狗皮膏组均低于模型组(P<0.05);给药3周铁包金组、狗皮膏组PLA2均低于给药1周(P<0.05)。结论:铁包金按摩膏具有降低非压迫性髓核突出大鼠模型相应节段脊背神经根中PLA2活性的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the regulatory effect of iron coated massage plasm on phospholipase A2 (PLA2) in the lumbar dorsal root radicles of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) rats. Methods: Forty-eight healthy SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, iron-coated group, dog’s skin cream group and model group, with 12 rats in each group. The model of non-compression lumbar intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus was established by injection method. After the model was established successfully, the rats were treated with the same method respectively. The blank group was fed with normal operation after simulated operation; The model group was given Vaseline topical contrast treatment. The activity of PLA2 in the dorsal root ganglion of the corresponding disc segment in each group was measured after 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks of treatment, respectively, and the data were statistically analyzed Analysis. Results: PLA2 activity in each group was higher than that in blank group (P <0.05) at 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks after administration. After 2 weeks of administration, the iron-coated gold group and the dog skin plaster group were lower than the model group (P <0.05). PLA2 in the iron-coated group and the dog skin plaster group for 3 weeks was lower than that in the control group for 1 week (P <0.05). Conclusion: The iron-clad massage cream can reduce the activity of PLA2 in the spinal cords of the corresponding segments of non-compressive nucleus pulposus.
