蝗虫微孢子虫(Nosema locustae)能在东亚飞蝗(Locusta migra-toria manilensis)体内繁殖,生成大量孢子,使蝗虫致死。用1×10~7孢子/ml 液接种3龄蝗蝻,30天后,死亡率可达96%。接种高浓度病原物比低浓度病原物可显著提高其死亡率。脂肪体是主要感染组织。内蒙、新疆地区十一种主要蝗虫接种东亚飞蝗体内增殖的上述病原物均可使其感染。
Nosema locustae can breed in locusta migra-toria manilensis, producing large numbers of spores that kill locusts. Inoculation of 3-year-old locusts with 1 × 10-7 spores / ml solution resulted in 96% mortality after 30 days. Inoculation of high concentrations of pathogens than low concentrations of pathogens can significantly increase their mortality. Fat body is the main infected tissue. Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, eleven kinds of locusts inoculated with Locusta migratoria in vivo proliferation of the above pathogens can make it infected.
