2008年的金融危机席卷全球,给全球的企业造成了不可估量的影响。许多企业在金融危机中都遇到两大难题:一是库存多;二是应收帐款收不回来。为降低库存,很多企业只好再降价再销售,但是这样并不能帮助企业顺利的度过危机。特别是对于工程机械行业来说,产品成本相比其他行业来说很高,如果只是一味的降价销售,就会使得企业丧失利润,更别提度过金融危机了。这时的企业更应该通过有效的管理来消除企业的库存和应收账款等问题,使整个企业的管理有效提升。
