The Ministry of Health put forward the reform of public hospital reform in the pilot cities through the reform of the medical expense payment system. In this study, by examining the impact of the reform of payment methods on the economic operation of public hospitals and its potential incentive effects, The new mode of hospital operation and management provides reference and basis for the decision-making of relevant departments.
