目前,中国三大通信运营商中国移动、中国联通和中国电信支撑着整个通信市场,伴随着用户对通信质量、通信服务需求的不断提高,通信工程的项目化管理显得尤为重要。因此,要制定严谨、完备的通信工程项目化管理制度,在施工中严格按照项目化管理流程执行,不断提高通信工程的施工质量,才能稳步提升通信企业的核心竞争力。本文主要针对企业在通信工程中的项目化管理流程做详细的阐述,并深入分析项目化管理流程的特点及不同部门间的协调策略。
At present, China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom, the three major telecom operators in China, support the entire communications market. With the ever-increasing demand for telecom quality and communications services, project management by telecom engineering is especially important. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate a rigorous and complete project management system for communications projects, strictly follow the implementation of project management procedures and continuously improve the construction quality of communications projects in order to steadily enhance the core competitiveness of telecommunications companies. This article mainly elaborates on the project management process of the enterprise in the communication engineering and deeply analyzes the characteristics of the project management process and the coordination tactics among different departments.
