目的:通过正交试验,优选连翘叶中连翘酯苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计的方法,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数和提取温度对连翘酯苷得量的影响,优选出最佳提取条件。结果:各因素的影响依次为:C>A>B>D,提取次数(C)为主要因素,加水量(A)、提取时间(B)、提取温度(D)为次要因素。提取的最佳工艺条件为用16倍的水,60℃温浸法提取3次,每次提取1 h。结论:优选得到的连翘酯苷的提取工艺简单、稳定、可行。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction process of forsythiaside in Forsythia suspense leaves by orthogonal test. Methods: The orthogonal design method was used to investigate the effect of water addition, extraction time, extraction times and extraction temperature on the yield of forsythiaside. The optimal extraction conditions were optimized. Results: The influence factors of each factor were: C> A> B> D, the number of extraction (C) was the main factor, and the amount of water (A), extraction time (B) and extraction temperature (D) were the secondary factors. Extraction of the best conditions for the use of 16 times the water, 60 ℃ temperature soaking extraction 3 times, each extraction 1 h. Conclusion: The optimal extraction process of Forsythiaside is simple, stable and feasible.
