目的 探讨润燥灵汤对干燥综合征模型小鼠颌下腺AQP1及AQP5的影响.方法 采用诱导法建立干燥综合征(sjogren syndrome,SS)模型,按照随机数字表法随机分为6组,空白组(A)、SS模型组(B)、润燥灵低剂量组(C)、润燥灵中剂量组(D)、润燥灵高剂量组(E)、强的松组(F).A组正常饲养,B组生理盐水灌胃0.5ml/d,C、D、E组分别给予17 g/kg·d-1、34 g/kg·d-1、68 g/kg·d-1润燥灵灌胃,F组以强的松0.32mg/d灌胃.应用免疫组化法检测模型小鼠颌下腺组织AQP1和AQP5的表达.结果 SS模型组小鼠颌下腺组织中AQP1表达,B组、C组的颌下腺仅见散在浅黄色颗粒;A、D、E、F组小鼠的颌下腺均无明显染色,与B组比较未见明显变化.AQP5的表达,B组小鼠的颌下腺腺泡顶膜、侧膜、基膜和分泌管、导管上皮内均有较强染色的棕黄色颗粒.C组小鼠颌下腺AQP5亦见棕黄色颗粒,但染色较浅;D、E、F组小鼠颌下腺腺泡、分泌管、导管等处染色减弱或消失.结论 润燥灵可上调SS模型小鼠颌下腺组织AQP5的表达,增加其饮水量.
