夏季不同性能曲线的冷水机组联合使用的运行策略会对系统能耗产生重要影响,寻找最优的运行方案是实现系统节能的关键步骤之一。基于系统能耗模型和寻优目标函数,借助计算机辅助编程,建立了不同性能曲线的机组组合在不同运行策略下最小能耗与运行成本的计算方法,并对某实际工程进行了案例分析。结果表明,设计合适的运行策略能为不同冷水机组的联合运行带来良好的节能效益。
The running strategy of the chillers with different performance curves in summer will have a significant impact on the energy consumption of the system. Finding the optimal operation plan is one of the key steps to save energy in the system. Based on the system energy consumption model and optimization objective function, a computational method of minimum energy consumption and operating cost under different operation strategies is established by means of computer-aided programming. Case studies of a practical project are also made. The results show that designing a proper operation strategy can bring good energy saving benefits for the combined operation of different chillers.
