采用均匀设计法对FCB法三丝单面埋弧焊背面衬垫焊剂进行设计,渣系为MgO-SiO_2-CaF_2-MnO-ZrO_2-TiO_2,设计8种配方,用DH36钢分别进行FCB法焊接,配合正面焊剂TG-55E-20和H10Mn2焊丝,测试了其工艺性与力学性能。结果表明,第7组衬垫焊剂在线能量达到121 k J/cm时仍有较好的工艺性,焊缝成型美观,脱渣性良好,焊缝力学性能能达到中国船级社3Y标准。
The uniform design method was used to design the back flux of three-wire single-sided submerged arc welding using FCB method. The slag system was MgO-SiO_2-CaF_2-MnO-ZrO_2-TiO_2. Eight kinds of formulations were designed and welded with DH36 steel by FCB method. With the front flux TG-55E-20 and H10Mn2 wire, tested its process and mechanical properties. The results show that the 7th group of liner fluxes still has better processability when the on-line energy reaches 121 kJ / cm, the weld seam is beautiful and the deslagging property is good, and the mechanical properties of the weld meet the 3Y standard of China Classification Society.
