本文就固定支承式电磁无心夹具在微型轴承套圈磨削中的复映与成圆原理作了计算分析及试验。通过对影响成圆(复映)的二个因素—偏心量与位置和支承角度的分析,得出了支承角度是影响成圆的主要因素,而偏心量与位置则影响甚微。最后还确定了最佳支承角度的范围及偏心量的大小。 本文还推荐采用“调整规”,旨在使无心夹具调整简单、可靠、迅速,从而保证了加工精度及要求。附图6幅,表6个。
In this paper, the fixed bearing electromagnetic incense fixture in the micro-bearing ring grinding in the reflection and into the circle made a calculation analysis and test. By analyzing two factors affecting the circle (reverberation), eccentricity and location and bearing angle, it is concluded that the bearing angle is the main factor affecting the circle, while the eccentricity and location have little effect. Finally, it also determines the scope of the best support angle and the amount of eccentricity. This article also recommends the use of “adjustment rules” designed to make unintended jig adjustment simple, reliable and rapid, thus ensuring the accuracy and requirements. Figure 6, Table 6.
