本文介绍了一种在经颅多普勒脑血流检测系统中自动搜寻颅内血管位置的方法及实现,用解调后回波信号的能量来指示每个深度点的血流状态,通过动态移动采样容积的位置,得到沿声束指向各个检测深度处的血流状态分布并显示出来。医生据此来判断血管的位置,从而克服了传统TCD中查找血管困难的问题。
