龙牙檧木为五加科(Araliaceae)植物Aralia mandshurica Rupr et Maxim。通过实验证明含有3种皂甙,其皂甙元均为齐墩果酸(Oleanolicacid)。齐墩果酸是治疗肝炎的一种新药,我省龙牙檧木资源丰富,可利用这一资源来提取齐墩果酸。 本文采用了醇提取方法,从龙牙檧木根或茎叶提得总皂甙后,再用含5％的硫酸乙醇—水(1:1)水解总皂甙,获得粗皂甙元,再经95％乙醇重结晶,即可得到针状结晶纯品齐墩果酸,mp 305—307℃。
Aralia arborescens is Aralia mandshurica Rupr et Maxim. Three kinds of saponins were found through experiments, and the saponins were all oleanolic acids. Oleanolic acid is a new drug for the treatment of hepatitis. There are abundant resources in A. argentinus, which can be used to extract oleanolic acid. In this paper, an alcohol extraction method was used. After the total saponins were extracted from the roots or stems and leaves of Aralia elata, sulfated ethanol-water (1:1) was used to hydrolyze total saponins to obtain crude saponins, which were then subjected to 95% ethanol. Recrystallized, you can get the needle-like crystal pure oleanolic acid, mp 305-307 °C.
