铁鸟是民用飞机研制过程中关键试验设施之一,主要用于民用飞机单系统及复杂交联系统的研发和适航验证,是集成试验的重要组成部分。该文介绍了从满足铁鸟机翼外段的基本设计要求出发,综合考虑设计基准、尺寸设计要求,材料选择、安装设计要求等因素,在设计与验证阶段,进行了自振频率计算、静强度计算等优化设计。完成铁鸟加工制造并开展了副翼舵面的频响试验,满足设计要求,为后续试验的开展和型号取证工作奠定良好基础。
Iron bird is one of the key test facilities in civil aircraft development.
