目的:探讨护患双方对护患关系影响因素的认知。方法:采用自行设计的护士和患者问卷,对326名护士和473例患者进行问卷调查。结果:护士问卷得分居前3位的影响因素是疾病治疗效果、护士工作责任心和患者医疗费用,患者问卷得分居前3位的影响因素是护士工作责任心、护士操作技能和护士服务态度。护患双方对护士服务态度、护士服务礼仪、护士服务质量、护士人性关怀能力、护士专业理论、护士操作技能、患者医疗费用、亲友、媒体等评价认知不同。结论:护患双方对护患关系影响因素的认知存在差异,作为护士应全面提升自身素质,为患者提供优质护理服务,促进患者早日康复,促进护患和谐。 Objective: To explore the relationship between nurses and patients on the relationship between nurses and patients. Methods: A questionnaire was conducted among 326 nurses and 473 patients using a self-designed questionnaire of nurses and patients. Results: The most influential factors of nursing questionnaire score were the effect of disease treatment, nurse job responsibility and patient medical expenses. The top three factors of questionnaire score were nurse job responsibility, nurse operation skills and nurse service attitude. Both nurses and nurses have different cognitions on nurses ’attitude, nurse service etiquette, nurse service quality, nurse humanity care ability, nurse professional theory, nurse operation skills, patients’ medical costs, relatives and friends, media and so on. Conclusion: Both nurses and patients have different cognitions on the factors influencing the relationship between nurses and patients. As nurses, they should improve their own quality comprehensively, provide quality nursing services to patients, promote their recovery soon and promote the harmony between nurses and patients.
