决策分为战略决策、运营决策和管理决策三大类,其中战略决策是非结构性问题的决策,运营决策和管理决策是结构性问题的决策。非结构性问题的决策是在无框架基础上的决策,即设计性的决策,包括确定企业的发展方向、制订企业中长期的发展目标、选定产品的目标市场、开发新产品、任用干部等;结构性问题的决策是实施设计方案、落实既定目标、完成具体任务的决策,也叫程序化决策,用来解决结构性的常规性的问题。
