通过添加还原剂提高钒的收得率,增加钒在45钢中的合金化率制备非调质钢。采用化学成分、力学性能、金相和扫描电镜等分析,研究了不同还原剂对V_2O_5中V收得率的影响,探讨其对钒合金化非调质钢性能的影响。结果表明,Al还原收得率显著高于Si。(Al+Mg)复合还原比单一还原效果要优,当复合还原剂中Al为61.5%、Mg为38.5%时,所制备的钒合金化调质钢力学性能最佳,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为540 MPa和410 MPa。
By adding reducing agent to improve the yield of vanadium and increase the alloying of vanadium in 45 steel to prepare non-quenched and tempered steel. The effects of different reducing agents on the yield of V 2 O 5 in V 2 O 5 were studied by chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallography and scanning electron microscopy, and their effects on the properties of vanadium alloyed non-quenched and tempered steel were investigated. The results show that the recovery rate of Al is significantly higher than that of Si. (Al + Mg) composite reduction is better than the single reduction effect. When Al is 61.5% and Mg is 38.5%, the prepared vanadium alloy has the best mechanical properties, tensile strength and yield strength 540 MPa and 410 MPa, respectively.
