稳压器设备是核电站主要设备之一,是核电站冷却系统的重要设备。稳压器主要功能是压力控制、压力保护、补充RCP水容积变化、RCP升压和降压和排除压器内饱和水与饱和汽以及其它气体。每一个反应堆要设置一台稳压器,反应堆冷却系统是一个充满高温、高水压的封闭回路,对焊缝的质量要求极高,尤其是对稳压器安全端的焊接质量要求。安全端是核电站稳压器、蒸汽发生器等设备上一种异种钢焊接结构,安全端焊接质量直接影响到核电站安全运行,它的焊接工艺难度大、技术要求精、质量要求高。
