本文在文[1]基础上,进一步导出了锥孔螺纹压套沿轴向的压力分布公式和最大压力表达式;考虑了约束条件的模糊性;提出了建立隶属函数时确定过渡区间上下限的具体方法;采用模糊综合评判确定最优水平截集;得到了在满足各种模糊的强度约束和几何约束下,螺纹压力峰值最小的锥孔螺纹压套的最优形状;编制了相应的模糊优化程序。优化结果表明,螺纹压力沿轴向分布比较均匀,其峰值可降低60%以上。
