我院自1990年10月～1992年1月,经内镜应用Nd:YAG激光治疗食管、贲门癌64例,明显缓解了进食梗阻症状,取得了较好的姑息治疗效果。现报告如下: 资料与方法男55例,女9例,年龄41～81岁,平均年龄54.6岁。病变部位:食管癌43例,贲门癌9例,吻合口复发癌12例,所有病例均经X线吞钡摄片和内镜检查确诊。其中鳞癌52例,腺癌12例。本组均为晚期病人,治疗前完全梗阻者28例,只能进少量流汁饮食者36例。
In our hospital from October 1990 to January 1992, 64 cases of esophageal and cardiac cancer were treated with endoscopic Nd:YAG laser, which significantly relieved the symptoms of eating obstruction and achieved a good palliative treatment effect. The report is as follows: Data and Methods 55 males and 9 females, aged 41 to 81 years, mean age 54.6 years. Lesions: 43 cases of esophageal cancer, 9 cases of cardiac cancer, and 12 cases of anastomotic recurrence. All cases were confirmed by X-ray swallowing and endoscopy. Of these, 52 were squamous cell carcinoma and 12 were adenocarcinoma. All the patients in this group were advanced patients. 28 patients had complete obstruction before treatment, and only 36 patients who received only a small amount of juice.
