近年来,随着旅游市场竞争的日愈激烈,区域旅游一体化合作成为必然趋势。在各级政府的积极推动下,辽宁区域旅游一体化合作取得一定进展,但从总体看,目前合作程度较低,且存在一些有待解决的问题,因此,应根据全省旅游业发展总体战略,完善组织机构,创新管理体制,共同开发旅游资源,打造旅游精品,大力推进旅游市场一体化、企业集团化、旅游公共服务一体化等,加快辽宁区域旅游一体化合作进程,促进辽宁旅游业跨越发展。
