目的了解2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),探讨IMT与血脂的相关性。方法选取68例T2DM患者(T2DM组),其中IMT增厚组36例,MT正常组32例;另选30名健康者作为对照组。检测空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)。结果 T2DM组TC、TG、LDL-C、FPG、2h PG、IMT均明显高于对照组,HDL-C低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。IMT增厚组血脂、FBG、2h PG和IMT值明显高于IMT正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 T2DM伴发颈动脉粥样硬化者存在明显脂代谢紊乱、糖代谢紊乱,且IMT增厚组更明显,检测血脂与IMT对及早发现糖尿病患者大血管病变有重要的临床意义。
Objective To investigate the carotid artery intima-media thickness (IMT) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and to explore the correlation between IMT and blood lipid. Methods Totally 68 T2DM patients (T2DM group) were selected, including 36 cases of IMT thickened group and 32 cases of normal MT group; 30 healthy subjects were selected as control group. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL- . Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, FPG, 2h PG and IMT in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in control group, while HDL-C was lower than that in control group (all P <0.05). IMT thickening group of blood lipids, FBG, 2h PG and IMT values were significantly higher than the IMT normal group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion T2DM with carotid atherosclerosis had obvious disturbance of lipid metabolism, disturbance of glucose metabolism, and more obvious in IMT thickening group. It is of great clinical significance to detect lipid and IMT in early detection of macrovascular complications in patients with diabetes mellitus.
