采用一种非连续级配再生自密实混凝土制成的钢筋混凝土梁,进行受弯对比试验,研究此混凝土梁受弯时的破坏特征、开裂弯矩和极限受弯承载力;并将试验结果与现行混凝土结构设计规范中的相关公式进行比较分析.结果表明:非连续级配再生自密实混凝土梁与普通混凝土梁破坏形态和特征相似;实测开裂弯矩小于普通混凝土梁;运用现行规范公式计算的极限承载力满足强度要求,并有足够安全储备.
A kind of reinforced concrete beam made of non-continuous graded regenerated self-compacting concrete was used to conduct bending contrast test to study the failure characteristics, cracking moment and ultimate flexural capacity of the concrete beam when it was flexed. The results show that the failure morphology and characteristics of the non-continuous graded recycled self-compacting concrete beams are similar to those of ordinary concrete beams; the measured cracking moment is less than that of ordinary concrete beams; and the calculated values are The ultimate load-bearing capacity requirements, and adequate safety reserves.
