目的 探讨 p16、ras基因产物在胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤发生、发展中的作用。方法 采用 S P法对本院10 例诊断为胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的存档石蜡组织中 p16、p21 蛋白表达进行研究,并与早孕绒毛,超常胎盘部位反应各5 例作为对照。结果 胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤和早孕绒毛p16 蛋白全部表达,超常胎盘部位反应p16 蛋白4 例表达。10 例患者p21 蛋白表达阳性7 例,其中6 例表达弱阳性;超常胎盘部位反应表达阳性3 例;但早孕绒毛无1 例表达阳性。结论 抑癌基因p16、癌基因ras可能并不参与胎盘部位滋养细胞肿瘤的形成。
Objective To investigate the role of p16 and ras gene products in the development and progression of placental trophoblastic tumor. Methods The S-P method was used to study the expression of p16 and p21 protein in paraffin-embedded tissues of 10 cases diagnosed as placental trophoblastic tumor in our hospital. Results Placental trophoblastic tumor and early pregnancy villi p16 protein were all expressed in the placenta of the p16 protein expression in 4 cases. In 10 cases, 7 cases were positive for p21 protein expression, of which 6 cases were weakly positive, 3 cases were positive for abnormal placenta reaction, but none in early pregnancy was positive. Conclusion The tumor suppressor gene p16 and oncogene ras may not participate in the formation of trophoblastic tumor at placenta.
