本文分析了目前大专院校少数民族大学生自主学习能力不强的问题,对自主学习能力的培养进行初步的探索,并指出由于教学理念、教学模式、教学方法和教学环境的影响,不少大学生在中学阶段已习惯或非常依赖教师的知识灌输,上大学后对“自学为主,自学加辅导、自学加引导”的学习方式不适应,对此进行深刻分析的基础上作者就如何增强学生的自主学习能力,改变教学方法等问题提出了自己的见解。
