用小鼠可移植性组织细胞型淋巴瘤LⅡ接种于近交系615小鼠右后爪垫皮下,按宿主荷瘤时间以及肿瘤生长发展的不同阶段分期分批取血,检测荷瘤小鼠PBC-C_(3b)RR和RBC-ICR,结合组织学观察,将肿瘤生长发展过程分为潜伏期,侵袭早、中、晚期,转移早、中、晚期等7个时期。观察RBC-C_(3b)RR明显低于正常,并随肿瘤的发展呈下降趋势;而RBC-ICR高于正常,在肿瘤侵袭中期急骤增高,以后稳定在较高水平。提示:肿瘤的侵袭转移与宿主红细胞免疫功能下降有一定关系。实验组与正常组相比P<0.01+实验组与瘤组相比P<0.01表2 红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)(X±SD)实验组与正常组相比P<0.01++实验组与死瘤组相比P<0.01从表中可见,肿瘤移植后第1天为潜伏期,第3天为侵袭早期,第5天为侵袭中期,第10天为侵袭晚期,此期开始出现引流淋巴结的肿瘤转移,故又为转移早期。第20天非引流淋巴结表现转移为转移中期,第30天出现肺转移为转移晚期。从表中可见,肿瘤移植后第1天,RBC-C3bRR开始就低于正常,并随着肿瘤的发展而逐渐降低,阴性对照组则与正常组无显著性差异;RBC-ICR在肿瘤移植后第5天开?
The mice were transplanted with mouse transplantable histiocytic lymphoma LII and inoculated subcutaneously in the right hind paw pad of 615 inbred mice.
