徐渭作为明中晚期深受阳明心学濡染的天才艺术家,在艺术理论与创作诸多方面做出了开拓性贡献。他在戏曲领域丰富、发展了以“重真尚情”为核心的“本色论”美学思想,对当时及其以后的戏曲创作与理论研究产生了极其重要的影响。在徐渭的“本色论”美学体系中,“重真”就是强调、尊重艺术的独创精神和个性体验追求,“尚情”则是肯定人的本能欲望情感,否弃压抑人性自由表达的程朱理学。徐渭的“本色论”为当时的曲坛带来一股清新之风,也对晚明文艺思潮的走向起到了先导、推动的作用。
As a genius artist deeply influenced by Yangming in late Ming Dynasty, Xu Wei made pioneering contributions in many aspects of art theory and creation. He enriched the field of drama and developed the “color theory” aesthetics thought centered on “seriousness and serenity ”, which had an extremely important influence on the creation and theoretical study of opera at that time and beyond. In Xu Wei ’s “color theory ” aesthetics system, “heavy” is to emphasize and respect the original spirit of art and the pursuit of individual experience, “Shang Qing ” is to affirm people’s instinctive desire emotion, Cheng Zhu Neo - Confucianism Freely Expressing Human Nature. Xu Wei’s “Color Theory” brought a fresh style to the music scene at the time, and played a leading and promoting role in the trend of late Ming literature and ideology.
