目的 探索并发性白内障玻璃体混浊时准确测量眼轴的新方法。方法 用A超测量角膜到晶体后囊的距离,利用B超直观性测量晶体后囊到视网膜的距离,两者相加得出眼轴长度用于人工晶体计算,可避免将玻璃体混浊误认为眼后壁。结果 与常规A超测量法相比,术后残余屈光在1D以上的比例减少12%。结论 本测量法设计合理,准确性高,实用性强。
Objective To explore a new method for accurate measurement of ocular axis in patients with congenital cataract and vitreous opacity. Methods The distance between the cornea and the posterior capsule was measured by A-ultrasound, the distance between the posterior capsule and the retina was measured by B-ultrasound, and the length of axial length was calculated for intraocular lens calculation to avoid mistaking the vitreous opacity as eye Back wall. Results Compared with the conventional A-ultrasound, the proportion of postoperative residual refraction above 1D was reduced by 12%. Conclusion The measurement method is reasonable in design, high accuracy and practicality.
