Lewis酸性离子液体的合成及其催化酯化性能研究

以吗啡啉为原料,设计合成了Lewis酸性离子液体[Mor-C4] Br-CuCl2/FeCl3,通过催化合成乙酸乙酯考察了该离子液体的催化活性.结果 表明,当n(CH3COOH)∶n(C2H5OH)=0.55∶1、[Mor-C4] Br-CuCl2/FeCl3质量为醇质量的9.80%、反应温度为83℃、反应时间为4.26 h时,以环己烷为带水剂的收率可达96.58%.离子液体重复使用6次仍具有较高的催化活性.同时以[Mor-C4] Br-CuCl2/FeCl3为催化剂催化合成了系列乙酸酯,获得较高的酯收率.
