目的掌握清远市淡水鱼中香港海鸥形菌污染状况,为防止食源性香港海鸥形菌病的发生和流行提供科学依据。方法香港海鸥形菌的分离鉴定参照广东省地方标准:DB44/T372-2006淡水鱼中香港海鸥形菌检验进行。KB纸片扩散法作耐药性测定。结果 240份淡水鱼检出香港海鸥形菌40株,检出率为16.67%,其中,草鱼检出率为22.77%,罗非鱼、鲤鱼、鳙鱼、鲮鱼、鲂鱼、鲫鱼检出率分别为18.75%、16.67%、14.81%、12.50%、10.00%、8.00%,鲢鱼中未分离到香港海鸥形菌。结论清远市存在香港海鸥形菌污染源,建议相关监督部门加大淡水鱼的管理力度,防止香港海鸥形菌病在本市的发生和传播。
Objective To understand the status of the seagrass pollens in Hong Kong from freshwater fish in Qingyuan and to provide a scientific basis for preventing the occurrence and prevalence of food-borne seagull disease in Hong Kong. Methods Separation and identification of the Hong Kong seagull bacteria refer to the local standards of Guangdong Province: DB44 / T372-2006 freshwater fish Hong Kong gull test. KB disk diffusion method for drug resistance determination. Results Forty-two freshwater fish samples were collected from 40 specimens of Hong Kong seagull and the detection rate was 16.67%. Among them, the detection rate of grass carp was 22.77%. The detection rates of tilapia, common carp, bighead carp, bighead carp, bighead carp and crucian carp Respectively, were 18.75%, 16.67%, 14.81%, 12.50%, 10.00%, 8.00%, respectively. Conclusions Qingyuan City, Hong Kong, there is the source of gull in Hong Kong, the relevant supervision departments are advised to step up the management of freshwater fish to prevent the occurrence of Hong Kong gull in the city and spread.
