文章分析了员工组织政治认知对工作疏离感的影响机理,并通过对340位企业员工的问卷调查,采用层级回归方法检验了员工职业价值观在工作疏离感决定中的调节作用。主要结论包括:第一,组织政治认知对工作疏离感具有显著的正向预测能力;第二,员工的社会型职业价值观调节了组织政治认知与工作疏离感之间的正向关系,社会型职业价值观的水平越高,组织政治认知与工作疏离感之间的关系就越弱;反之越强。文章最后讨论了研究结果的管理学意义,提出应弘扬社会型职业价值观以减少员工的工作疏离感。
The paper analyzes the influence mechanism of employee political awareness on work alienation, and through the questionnaire survey of 340 employees, uses the method of hierarchical regression to test the adjusting role of employee occupational values in the work alienation decision. The main conclusions are as follows: Firstly, organizational political awareness has a significant positive predictive ability in alienation of work; secondly, employees’ social occupational values adjust the positive relationship between organizational political awareness and work alienation, The higher the level of occupational values, the weaker the relationship between organizational political awareness and work alienation; the other hand, the stronger. Finally, the article discusses the significance of the management of the research results, and proposes that social values should be promoted to reduce the sense of alienation of employees.
