利用人工接种技术,探讨了12份水稻材料对11个不同来源的稻曲病病菌抗性反应变化。结果表明:同一供试水稻品种对不同来源菌株的抗性反应存在一定差异,同一供试菌株对不同供试水稻品种的抗性反应也存在一定差异。这说明不同水稻品种与稻曲病菌株之间存在亲和性互作特性。同时,利用水稻头季稻和再生稻连续进行人工接种技术,建立了水稻稻曲病抗性的鉴定和评价体系,可大大缩短抗性鉴定周期。
Using artificial inoculation techniques, the effects of 12 rice materials on the resistance changes of 11 different sources of R. solani were explored. The results showed that there was a certain difference in the resistance of the same tested rice varieties to different strains, and there were also some differences in resistance responses of the same tested strains to different tested rice varieties. This shows that there is affinity interaction between different rice varieties and strains of false smut. At the same time, using artificial inoculation technology of paddy and ratooning rice, the identification and evaluation system of rice false smut resistance was established, which can greatly shorten the period of resistance identification.
