利多卡因性能稳定、起效快、毒性较小,且组织渗透性强,是应用广泛的局麻药之一。但对于长时间手术麻醉、术后疼痛及慢性癌痛病人,单次用药镇痛时间不能满足需要, 采用缓释制剂,延长局麻药作用时间,具有一定的临床意义。脂质体是一种类似微型胶囊的新型药物载体,具有类细胞结构,可视为一种人工细胞膜。其对利多卡因药效学的影响不明确,为此,本研究拟探讨小鼠和豚鼠利多卡因脂质体局部麻醉的药效学。
Lidocaine stable performance, rapid onset, less toxic, and strong tissue permeability, is one of the widely used local anesthetic. But for a long time of surgical anesthesia, postoperative pain and chronic cancer pain patients, a single analgesic time can not meet the needs of the use of sustained-release preparations to extend the role of local anesthetic time, has some clinical significance. Liposomes are a kind of novel drug carrier similar to microcapsules. They have the cell-like structure and can be regarded as an artificial cell membrane. Its effect on lidocaine pharmacodynamics is not clear, therefore, this study was to investigate the pharmacodynamics of lidocaine liposomal local anesthesia in mice and guinea pigs.
