汽车离合器从动盘摩擦面片材料的性能是影响离合器传扭能力和使用寿命的主要因素。金属陶瓷摩擦材料具有耐高温、摩擦系数大而稳定、耐磨等特点,用作离合器从动盘的摩擦面片可获得较大的扭矩容量和较长的使用寿命。清华大学研制的金属陶瓷摩擦材料性能已接近国外同类材料,在重型车和沙漠车上的试用结果也证实了其远比树脂基摩擦片耐用。还简要介绍了它的复合结构及从动盘总成的设计特点,评价了金属陶瓷从前盘的应用前景。
Automotive clutch driven disc friction plate material performance is the clutch torque transmission capacity and service life of the main factors. Cermet friction material with high temperature, large friction coefficient and stable, wear-resistant and other characteristics, as the clutch driven friction plate can get a larger torque capacity and long service life. The performance of the cermet friction material developed by Tsinghua University is close to similar materials in foreign countries. The trial results on heavy-duty vehicles and desert vehicles also confirm that it is much more durable than the resin-based friction material. It also briefly introduced its composite structure and driven disk assembly design features, evaluation of the application of cermet front plate.
