倾销和反倾销是国际经济的一种现象,中国出口企业在过去深受国外反倾销之苦,损失了很多应得的贸易利益。入世后,中国企业要熟悉WTO《反倾销协定》的规定,反思以前遭到国外反倾销的原因及经验教训,运用WTO基本规则,尽量避免遭到反倾销。同时要制定应对国外反倾销的措施,在遭到反倾销指控后积极应对。 Dumping and anti-dumping are a phenomenon in the international economy. Chinese exporters have suffered from foreign anti-dumping losses in the past and have lost much of their trade interests. After China’s accession to the WTO, Chinese enterprises should be familiar with the provisions of the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement, reflect on the reasons and experiences and lessons learned from previous anti-dumping attempts abroad, and apply the basic WTO rules to avoid being subjected to anti-dumping measures as much as possible. At the same time, we must formulate measures to deal with foreign anti-dumping measures and actively respond to them after being accused of anti-dumping.
