分别采用酶法、酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测结核性脑膜炎56例、病毒性脑膜炎21例、非脑炎20例患者脑脊液中腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)活动水平及结核抗体(PPD-IgG)阳性率。结果结核性脑膜炎患者脑脊液中ADA、IL-1β水平、PPD-IgG阳性率明显升高,与病毒性脑膜炎、非脑炎患者比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。认为ADA、IL-1β活性升高和PPD-IgG阳性可作为结核性脑膜炎的早期诊断依据。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect 56 cases of tuberculous meningitis, 21 cases of viral meningitis and 20 cases of non-encephalitis. The levels of adenosine deaminase (ADA), interleukin 1β IL-1β) activity and tuberculosis antibody (PPD-IgG) positive rate. Results The levels of ADA, IL-1β and PPD-IgG in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with tuberculous meningitis were significantly higher than those of patients with viral meningitis and non-encephalitis (P <0.01). That ADA, IL-1β activity and PPD-IgG positive can be used as an early diagnosis of tuberculous meningitis.
