从大型水电站缆机吊装施工过程对安全监控的需要出发,构建出一种基于GNSS/GIS集成的缆机施工安全监控平台,从安全评价和预警预测两个角度提出了相应的安全监测模型,并重点阐述了实现该平台的3个关键技术。应用表明该平台能够在实时性、连续性和可靠性等方面满足缆机吊装施工安全监控的要求。
Based on the need of safety monitoring during hoisting construction of large hydropower station, a GNSS / GIS integrated cable construction safety monitoring platform was constructed, and the corresponding safety monitoring model was put forward from two aspects of safety evaluation and early warning prediction. Focus on the realization of the platform of the three key technologies. The application shows that the platform can meet the requirements of cable crane hoisting construction safety monitoring in terms of real-time, continuity and reliability.
