采用健康猕猴为实验对象，经股静脉接种ＰＶＨ－１（１×１０９ｐｆｕ），在７２ｈ内动态观察血清细胞因子（ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ）诱生情况。结果表明，ＰＶＨ－１诱生ＩＬ－２、ＴＮＦ的能力低下，且再次接种也仅见轻微增高。提示ＰＶＨ－１体内经诱生细胞因子而发挥间接抗肿瘤作用的可能性不大。 Healthy monkeys were used as experimental subjects. PVH-1 was inoculated with femoral vein (1×109 pfu). The serum cytokines (IL-2, TNF) were dynamically observed within 72 hours. The results showed that the ability of PVH-1 to induce IL-2 and TNF was low, and only slightly increased after reinoculation. It is suggested that PVH-1 is not likely to exert indirect anti-tumor effects by inducing cytokines in vivo.
