斑蝥素对菜蛾消化酶及酯酶的影响

测定斑蟊素饲喂对菜蛾Plutella xylostella L.幼虫体内主要消化酶和酯酶的影响。结果表明,斑蝥素处理后试虫的主要消化酶类平均活性变化不大,与对照组相比,蛋白酶、脂肪酶平均活性分别被抑制了8.71%和15.69%,α-淀粉酶活性较对照组增加了6.75%,均未达到显著差异水平;酯酶中的磷酸酯酶活性平均降低25.33%,未达显著差异水平,乙酰胆碱酯酶和羧酸酯酶活性显著提高,36h内平均比活力分别提高了74.3%和210.57%,达显著差异水平。试虫中毒后活动能力下降,缓慢趋于死亡,表明斑蟊素具有“软性”杀虫剂的特点。乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的提高原因值得探讨。 To determine the effects of cantharidin feeding on the main digestive enzymes and esterases in Plutella xylostella larvae.
