目的研究神经再生条件液中相对分子质量为6.16000~10.23000的蛋白粗制品(pro-teininnerveregenerationconditionedfluids,NRCFp)、睫状神经营养因子(ciliaryneurotrophicfactor,CNTF)和神经生长因子(nervegrowthfactor,NGF)对背根神经节感觉神经元细胞有无促进其存活和生长的作用。方法采用背根神经节体外植块培养,分散培养及MTT微量比色法,比较在培养器,培养板孔中加入神经再生条件中相对分子质量为6.16000~10.23000的蛋白粗制品、CNTF及NGF三个实验组,对体外培养的背根神经节神经元细胞生长的影响。结果三实验组中背根神经节神经元细胞的轴突生长均旺盛,它们的四唑盐终产物与对照组(加DNEN培养液)相比,其差异有显著性意义(P<0.01),但各实验组之间无明显差异。结论神经再生条件液中相对分子质量为6.16000~10.23000的蛋白粗制品、CNTF及NGF对背根神经节神经元细胞体有促进其存活和生长的作用。
Objective To study the effects of NRCFp, ciliary neurotrophic factor (CNTF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) on the relative molecular mass of 6.16000-10.23000 in nerve regeneration conditioned medium Dorsal root ganglion neurons sensory cells whether or not to promote their survival and growth. Methods The explants were cultured in vitro, dispersed and cultured with MTT micro-colorimetric method. The protein crude products with relative molecular mass of 6.16000-10.23000 were added to the culture vessel and the plate wells. CNTF and NGF three experimental groups on cultured dorsal root ganglion neurons in vitro. Results The axons of dorsal root ganglion neurons grew well in all three experimental groups, and the difference was significant between their tetrazolium salt final products and control group (plus DNEN) (P <0.01) ), But no significant difference between the experimental groups. CONCLUSION: The crude protein product with relative molecular mass of 6.16000-10.23000 in the nerve regeneration condition fluid, CNTF and NGF can promote the survival and growth of the dorsal root ganglion neuron cell body.
