自高等院校扩招以来,高职毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,毕业生的就业问题已成为社会关注的焦点,就业率成为当前评价高职院校办学质量的标准之一。以高职的就业现状为基点,在分析高职人才培养模式对大学生就业影响的基础上,分别从办学定位、专业建设、实践教育、就业指导等方面,阐述促进就业视阈下地方高职院校的人才培养工作。 Since the enrollment expansion of higher education institutions, the employment situation of higher vocational graduates has become more and more serious.
