智能水表作为未来水表的发展方向,其防护性能逐渐成为影响产品品质的重要因素。根据国内目前智能水表的应用现状,文章归纳了几种防护方式,总结了这几种防护措施的优缺点,针对IP防护及灌胶防护两种方法,分析了各自的防护原理及防护效果。在应用现状的基础上,为提高智能水表产品可靠性,提出了提高防护性能的建议。
As the development direction of the future water meter, the intelligent water meter gradually becomes an important factor that affects the product quality. According to the current application status of intelligent water meters in our country, several protection methods are summarized and the advantages and disadvantages of these protective measures are summed up. According to the two methods of IP protection and plastic irrigation protection, their protective principle and protective effect are analyzed. Based on the current situation of application, in order to improve the reliability of intelligent water meter, some suggestions to improve the protection performance are put forward.
